SHIPPING 

Do you ship nationwide? 

We do nationwide shipping.

 

Will I be charged for the shipping? 

Yes. All prices are excluding shipping unless stated in the quotation.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept? 

1. Cash or Cheque payment
2. Bank Deposit (BPI)
3. Credit Card (thru PayPal)

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

1 year warranty for parts and services under normal use

Client is subject to pay service fee upon on-site service beyond the 30 days service warranty. TRANSPORTATION AND MEAL ALLOWANCES are for the account of the client outside Cebu City and Bohol. 

 

Merchandise that has been replaced during the warranty period does not extend the warranty period past the original period. If a product fails outside of the warranty period, contact our Technical Service department for Information on repair procedures and cost. Any product sent in for repair will be thoroughly tested prior to repair. All shipping charges for equipment to and from us are the responsibility of the customer.

 

The warranty will be ineffective and inoperative in case of any failure of equipment is due to electrical short circuit or voltage fluctuations outside the rated range indicated in the user’s manual, accident, modification, misuse, fire, damage caused by rodents, floods, or acts of God.

What is your installation warranty?

30 days service warranty. This excludes relocation of the approved layout.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 7 Days.

This item covers defective items, incompatible items and items returned for exchange. Dead on Arrival (DOA) products must be returned within 7 days of the date shipped to obtain credit, refund or exchange.

After 7 days.

At our sole discretion, repair or replace items in warranty with identical, new or functionally equivalent refurbished product. No products will be given outside of the DOA period. Shipping charges are not refundable.
